Hi CPAs. Do professionals eg auditors, engineers, lawyers etc register for VAT irrespective of turnover?kindly comment & refer to the relevant section of the VAT act. |

Voluntary VAT Registration. Yes. s.34(4) of the VAT Act 2013 deals with voluntary registration. |

I agree with CPA John.One can register voluntarily if he has not reached the turnover but its not a must.
