E-Dormancy : Apply online. However, until you have dealt with the unpaid back taxes this is a PIPE dream. |

I would agree with the answer above. However, before you apply for E-dormancy, ensure that the company is not in business. Otherwise, it will be a tricky affair to maintain the dormant status.
