|
TAX is Law : s.37 TPA tax including interest may be abandoned. s.55 there are provisions for negotiations with KRA. Interest can be waived if accrued before 19th Jan 2016. [21:29, 4/29/2016] Jrm Airtel: It just means its much harder going forward for interest to be waived but not impossible. |
