On the TPA Act, is it true that there's no more waiver of interest application because the reduction to 1% is a fair deal to the tax payers? |

|
TPA2015 s.89(6) allows remission of penalties. It is silent about interest. VAT Act 2013 s21(3)allows remission of interest. However this provision was deleted by the TPA. |
